At EMPYRE, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.
- For claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, provide a clear, unedited video showing the entire unboxing process—from opening the sealed package to clearly displaying the defect or issue. This video is required for verification and must not contain any cuts, pauses, or edits.
For hygiene and quality assurance, items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at nevernotempyre@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your request is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- We made an error with your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as EMPYRE is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nevernotempyre@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We'll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition or promotional releases (unless defective)
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or color, simply return the eligible item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
