HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

  • Metro Manila (Standard Shipping): Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed.
  • Provincial Areas (Provincial Shipping): Orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

MY ITEM IS MISSING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For larger orders, your items may be shipped in two or more separate parcels due to packaging or courier requirements. Each parcel may have its own tracking number and may arrive on different dates.
